A three-day advanced CALPUFF modeling course will be held Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Valencia in Spain. The course will run from 9:00am to 5:30pm each day. Lunch each day is included in the course fee, as are the morning and afternoon coffee and snacks.

Hotel Bookings

Special room rates of 99€ per night (for standard room alone) or 109€ per night (for standard room + breakfast) have been arranged for attendees of the TRC CALPUFF Training Course for a 3 night stay (arrival on October 20, 2008 and departure on October 23, 2008). Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently at 7%. Room reservations at the Holiday Inn Valencia hotel must be made directly with Holiday Inn Valencia reservation desk by fax (+34 96 303 21 26) or e-mail (Tina.Sola@ihg.com). Please mention that you are attending the “TRC CALPUFF Training Course (Oct 21-23, 2008)” and contact the hotel for details about restrictions and conditions. The agreement is that the rooms will be paid on departure. To have access to this special rate and agreement, the reservations must be made on or before 5:00 pm (GMT+1), Monday September 22, 2008 (the ‘Cutoff Date’).

Transport

The hotel Holiday Inn Valencia is around 20 minutes by taxi (approximately 20€ – one way) from the International Airport of Valencia. The hotel Holiday Inn Valencia is also located 1km east of the subway station Alameda, direct from the airport on lines 3 and 5 ( http://www.metrovalencia.com/metroval/htmleng/home/home.asp) or 2km south east from the train station (Estacion Del Norte).
